Skill Minimum Qualification No data available CERTIFICATION No data available Working Language No data available Job Description Detailed Job Description To create the Safety Awareness to the location team members by giving Awareness training Conducting Regular training to the location team as per the Training schedule if current year target % below the previous year means score becomes 0 Based on Near Miss and Incident Training on existing SOP correction or new SOP if current year target % below the previous year means score becomes 0 Giving 100% Induction trainings to the New Employees, securities, drivers, labors and Visitors. Records should be maintain. if current year target % below the previous year means score becomes 0 Personnel protective equipment minimum stock maintaining in all location and PPE issue register to be maintained. if current year target % below the previous year means score becomes Inspection of Safety related emergency equipments and making sure of ready to operate at any time. Maintaining First Aid box & Eye wash shower all in good condition. if current year target below 90% means score becomes 0 Maintaining Fire Fighting Equipments like Fire Extinguisher, Fire Alarm System and Fire Hydrant in Good Condition and maintaining Record Maintaining Critical equipments like Earth Pit Maintenance and keeping the registor.and earthing cables and clamps should be good condition. Maintaining Regulatory Documents Conducting periodical medical check up to the employees once in 6 months. Same to be registered with DISH approved meidcal officer. Periodical Disposal of Hazardous waste with proper document to be maintained. Conducting Safety Committee meeting once in 3 months. Maintain the register. Maintaining ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 related documents and documents shall be updated up-to-date. Conducting Mock Drill once in a month. Observation points to be closed. Conducting Safety audit once in a year with the 3 rd party and close the observation points. Conducting Electrical audit once in a year with the 3 rd party and close the observation points. Co Coordinating during the Visit of Government Officials During DISH official visit coordination and closing the observation points. if current year target below 90% means score becomes During PCB official visit coordination and closing the observation points. if current year target below 90% means score becomes During Fire Department official visit coordination and closing the observation points. if current year target below 90% means score becomes Daily plant rounds and filling the check list Conducting tool box meeting daily Preparation of Daily report Preparation of Daily deviation report Preparation of Weekly report Submission of Bi monthly report Need to take care of Warehouse Boundary rounds Preparation of WIG report on time Made availability of appropriate signage boards in all the location inside the plant. Identify the Non. Hazardous and hazardous and High hazardous chemicals. Ensure the safe storage and handling of Hazardous chemicals Conducting Fire Drill using Fire hydrant System as per the training schedule. Participating in Hazop Study, Pre discussion for Pilot Batch and Incident & Near Miss Investigation.
