We are seeking a
Senior RPA Programmer (8+ years experience)
to lead and manage an enterprise-wide
Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
program. This role will oversee RPA strategy, design, development, and implementation, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational best practices. The selected candidate will work closely with project teams, business analysts, and offshore resources to deliver high-quality automation solutions across Finance and other critical business areas.Scope of Work / Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end RPA lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Guide RPA developers in selecting appropriate tools and following best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts and development teams to design and implement complex automation workflows.
- Identify, prioritize, and assess automation opportunities within Finance and related domains.
- Establish and enforce RPA governance, compliance, and security standards.
- Lead technical reviews, testing, and troubleshooting of RPA solutions.
- Ensure scalability, resiliency, and maintainability of automation systems.
- Support knowledge transfer, documentation, and handover of automation solutions to support teams.
- Manage multiple RPA projects concurrently, coordinating with onsite and offshore teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 8+ years of programming experience with strong exposure to RPA platforms.
- Deep expertise in Automation Anywhere (required); working knowledge of Power Automate.
- Proficiency in designing and developing complex workflows, including exception handling and error management.
- Strong understanding of RPA architecture, infrastructure, and cloud-based deployments.
- Hands-on experience with finance and accounting systems and their integration methodologies.
- Experience in project management: resource planning, tracking, and risk mitigation.
- Prior experience with offshoreonsite delivery models.
- Proven track record of delivering multiple large-scale RPA implementations.
- Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and governance in automation.
