Senior Resident Doctor - Emergency Medicine - Jaipur

Job Title:

• Provide comprehensive clinical care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and critical cases under Consultant supervision.
• Perform emergency procedures and ensure timely stabilization of patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including ICU, Surgery, and Internal Medicine for patient handovers and continuity of care.
• Participate in medical audits, case discussions, and academic teaching sessions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure adherence to hospital protocols and NABH standards.
• Support patient families with clear communication regarding diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and emergency response drills within the hospital.

Key Skills:

• Qualification: MEM / MD / DNB (Emergency Medicine)
• Experience: 03 years post-PG (Freshers can apply)
• Strong clinical decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in emergency procedures (airway management, resuscitation, trauma care, etc.).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice.
