Job Title: Senior Resident Emergency Medicine Job Description: Provide comprehensive clinical care to patients in the Emergency Department. Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and critical cases under Consultant supervision. Perform emergency procedures and ensure timely stabilization of patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including ICU, Surgery, and Internal Medicine for patient handovers and continuity of care. Participate in medical audits, case discussions, and academic teaching sessions. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure adherence to hospital protocols and NABH standards. Support patient families with clear communication regarding diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and emergency response drills within the hospital. Key Skills: Qualification: MEM / MD / DNB (Emergency Medicine) Experience: 03 years post-PG (Freshers can apply) Strong clinical decision-making skills in high-pressure situations. Proficiency in emergency procedures (airway management, resuscitation, trauma care, etc.). Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice.
