You will be a Senior Researcher at Cradlepoint's AI Research lab, playing a crucial role in advancing AI research in the field of mobile communication systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Advancing AI research by exploring emerging techniques in Agentic AI and Reinforcement Learning to solve real-world problems. - Inventing and adapting AI techniques to contribute towards AI-driven networks. - Defining and developing research concepts for product adoption. - Collaborating with diverse talent in research projects and taking ownership for timely delivery. - Contributing to scientific publications and patents to enhance Cradlepoint's reputation in AI for mobile networks. Your qualifications should include: - PhD degree in Computer Science or related areas from a top institute in India or abroad. - Hands-on AI research experience with first author publications in leading venues. - Extensive experience with state-of-the-art methods in agentic AI and large language models. - Familiarity with multi-agent system design and solid understanding of Reinforcement Learning. - Knowledge of Radio fundamentals, including L1, L2, and L3 layers and functions. - Ability to work with globally distributed research teams and good communication skills. - Excellent coding skills and willingness to learn domain-specific things.
