The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive results through motivation, coaching, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a team of car sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets. Set individual and team goals and monitor performance through KPIs. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and sales training. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention. Assist team members in closing deals and handling complex negotiations when necessary. Ensure a high standard of customer service and dealership representation. Monitor inventory levels and work with management to ensure the right stock mix. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute local promotional campaigns.
