Job Title: Relationship Manager Work Schedule: 6 days a week | Willing to travel within city limits Experience: 3+ years Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management discipline About the Role As a Relationship Manager at SmartQ , your primary responsibility will be to lead and oversee a frontline Partner team of food service associates . You will coordinate various operational activities including food production planning, engineering coordination, front-of-house services , and ensure all actions strictly comply with Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations . Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a frontline partner team in food services. Coordinate food production planning and front-of-house operations. Manage engineering coordination to ensure smooth service delivery. Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations. Facilitate efficient contract organization in alignment with contractual terms and conditions. Focus on delivering high-quality service to enhance the overall customer experience. Promote a positive work culture within the team. Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery. Resolve operational issues and report incidents, accidents, and near misses to the reporting manager. Prioritize client retention and show a strong commitment to service quality for both clients and employees. Collaborate effectively as part of a team, and demonstrate initiative while working independently. Maintain a culture of honesty, integrity, and family-oriented values. Communicate effectively with diverse groups within the team and among stakeholders. Follow all rules and regulations per client handbook and ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards are upheld. Embrace a team-player attitude and maintain high personal hygiene and appearance. Show self-motivation and use personal initiative responsibly. Display resilience and a positive attitude under pressure. Manage vendor rotations and plan operations for assigned clients. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in the food industry. Strong work ethic, personal integrity, and accountability. Ability to make independent decisions and act as a self-starter. Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Flexible and adaptable to team needs. Sound knowledge of food, technology, and people management. Experience managing successful teams in a similar environment. Basic Food Hygiene certification and understanding of HSEQ standards. Financial acumen and strong application skills. Result-oriented mindset with a high level of accountability. Agile, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing environments.
