Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to oversee a talented group of Relationship Managers focused on acquiring and supporting clients in the high-growth middle market segment (with annual turnovers ranging from Rs. 250 crore to Rs. 1500 crore). The role will involve offering the full suite of the bank's products and services to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities: **Team Management** - Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve their individual and collective goals aligned with the bank's overall strategy and objectives. **Promoter/Top Management Relationship** - Build and maintain strong relationships with the top management and promoters of client companies through regular engagement and interaction. - Understand the financial needs and challenges faced by the promoters/top management and deliver tailored banking solutions accordingly. **Revenue Generation** - Drive the bank's objectives related to earnings, assets, liabilities, and credit quality, ensuring targets are met as outlined in agreed budgets from client relationships across all product groups. **Relationship Management** - Identify and acquire new client relationships by analyzing their financial needs and providing customized solutions in terms of bank products and services. - Manage client relationships through all stages, including assessing banking needs, advising on financial solutions, structuring deals, preparing terms and conditions, and successfully closing transactions. - Evaluate client banking needs and risks effectively, ensuring proactive management of client relationships. Qualifications: - Proven experience in banking, relationship management, or a similar role in the financial services industry. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients at all levels. - Strong analytical skills to assess client financial needs and risks.
