Senior Relationship Executive - GL South East

The Senior Relationship Executive for the GL South East region will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships within the General Ledger domain, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth in the South East region. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their financial needs, provide solutions, and ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships within the South East region.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests related to General Ledger services.
• Understand client business objectives and align GL services to meet their financial reporting and accounting needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Sales) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Monitor client accounts for compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in ledger management.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and support upselling/cross-selling initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports and updates on client performance, issues, and resolutions.
• Conduct periodic reviews and meetings with clients to assess satisfaction and address concerns.
• Support audit and compliance activities related to client accounts.
• Keep updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in GL management.
