Senior Recruiter

• In-House HR/Recruiter or Agency/Staffing Recruiter
• End-to-end recruitment across production, quality, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and plant operations.
• Match qualified technical and cultural talent quickly to reduce downtime and meet plant staffing targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers and operations leads to understand staffing needs, technical skills, and production timelines.
• Build active talent pipelines using platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, boolean searches, and industry networking.
• Evaluate candidate resumes, conduct behavioral and technical phone screens, and assess safety/operational fit.
• Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and operations/plant heads, gathering structured feedback.
• Handle compensation negotiations, check references, and guide candidates through onboarding.
• Track time-to-hire (TAT), source effectiveness, pipeline health, and cost-per-hire metrics. [1]

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 to 5+ years of recruitment experience, with hands-on exposure to Transportation Industry.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards , boolean search, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and urgency-driven execution.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
