As a highly reliable and proactive Senior React / Node.js Developer with over 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for owning projects end-to-end and collaborating closely with clients. Your role will involve taking accountability seriously, communicating clearly, and consistently delivering high-quality production systems on time. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own projects end-to-end, starting from requirement understanding to final delivery - Communicate directly with clients to clarify requirements, suggest improvements, and provide regular updates - Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance web applications - Lead and mentor developers to ensure quality and timely delivery - Take full accountability for project outcomes and client satisfaction - Proactively identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities - Ensure clean architecture, solid database design, and best practices **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Next.js, NestJS, Tailwind CSS - Strong database design fundamentals including normalization, indexing, and performance optimization - Experience deploying applications to cloud environments and working with CI/CD pipelines - Production experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Cloud Run, Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud SQL, GCS, IAM, etc. - Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture As a big plus, having an AI-First Development Mindset and experience using AI-assisted development tools like Replit, Claude Code, and Cursor will be beneficial for this role.
