Senior Quality Analyst (Textile & Fabric)

As a Senior Quality Analyst (Production & Inspection) at Siraspur Warehouse, Delhi with POSITEX PRIVATE LIMITED, you will lead and mentor the QA/QC team to uphold quality standards. You will set measurable quality goals and ensure continuous improvement in production processes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing quality checks at every stage from fabric inspection to final garment output, conducting 4-point inspections, and identifying fabric and knitted fabrics, garment defects. You will be required to develop, implement, and enforce QA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and measurement protocols, ensuring quality compliance across all stages of processing and production. Operating QA tools and equipment such as GSM cutters, shrinkage testers, pH meters, and color assessment devices will also be part of your role. You will be responsible for maintaining detailed quality assurance reports, analyzing audit and inspection data, and reviewing customer returns and exchange data to implement corrective and preventive actions. The ideal candidate for this position should have 8-10 years of QA experience with a minimum of 8 years in QA leadership. A Diploma/Degree in Textile is preferred. Strong knowledge in AQL, garment construction, and defect analysis is required. Being detail-oriented, decisive, and team-focused are key qualities for this role.
