As an AI Developer / Python Engineer at Prompt Engineering & Agentic Architecture, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Strong proficiency in Python programming, with expertise in arrays, lists, NumPy, and data frame manipulation using Pandas. - Ability to comprehend prompt structure and generate clear, effective prompts for AI models as part of Prompt Engineering. - Design and implementation of basic algorithms using lists, arrays, or data frames. - Understanding of agentic architecture and multi-agent workflows; capable of demonstrating how agents interact using nodes and edges, preferably with LangGraph or similar tools. - Practical experience in API development, including REST API, Flask API, and integration with React JS. - Proven adaptability to switch between various technologies such as Python, React JS, API building, prompt engineering, and agent creation. - Hands-on experience with LangChain / LangGraph for building LLM-based workflows or AI agents. - Expertise in prompt optimization by enhancing underperforming prompts through restructuring, contextual improvements, or few-shot learning. - Good understanding of classical machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, and the ability to select and build models for real-world applications. Qualifications required for this role include: - At least 4 years of experience in a similar role. - Proficiency in Python programming, prompt engineering, algorithm design, agentic architecture, API development, LangChain / LangGraph, prompt optimization, and classical machine learning. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid mode of operation.
