Job Description

As a Lead at Edelman Digital, your primary role is to lead, document, and manage all assigned content production projects ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet the desired level of quality throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: - Receiving project briefs, translating them into Studio briefs, and creating project quotes and timelines. - Maintaining open communication channels and engaging in ongoing creative conversations, recommendations, and feedback with the team. - Keeping all Edelman teams informed about project status, estimated time of arrivals (ETAs), and preparing them for meetings or reviews. - Demonstrating thoroughness, precision, and a zero-error approach in project management. - Monitoring project expenses against budgeted hours and providing constant updates on resource allocation. - Ensuring agility, innovation, and quality in all deliverables while adhering to timelines. - Managing the Studio team's workflow and deliverables efficiently. - Handling sensitive data with the utmost confidentiality. - Cultivating positive relationships with colleagues and team members. - Staying updated on industry trends, platforms, and daily usage formats. - Conducting critical analysis of projects to identify operational improvement opportunities. - Providing support in workflow management, quality assurance, and archiving of final assets. Key skills required for this role: - Minimum 7-8 years of experience as a Producer/Project Manager in advertising agencies, production, or post-production houses. - Proficiency in Production project management, Post-production project management, and offline/online post-production workflows. - Previous experience in working with digital/creative agencies, preferably in large organizations. - Self-sufficiency and a solid grasp of Project Lifecycle processes. - Ability to set meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and track/manage action items effectively. - Demonstrated organizational and planning skills. - Additional knowledge in content creation (social media) and an interest in trend spotting would be advantageous.,
