Senior Project Manager/Producer - Digital

As a Lead at Edelman Digital, your role involves leading, documenting, and managing all assigned content production projects within the agreed schedule, budget, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for supporting the execution of Studio projects by engaging the assigned team, consolidating and sharing relevant information clearly. **Responsibilities:** - Receive project briefs, translate them into Studio briefs, and create project quotes and timelines. - Maintain open communication channels, facilitating creative conversations, recommendations, and feedback - OVERCOMMUNICATION. - Keep all Edelman teams informed about project status, ETAs, and ensure alignment before meetings or reviews. - Uphold thoroughness, precision, and zero-error tolerance. - Monitor project expenditure versus budget hours and provide constant updates on resource allocation. - Ensure agility, innovation, quality in deliverables, and adherence to timelines. - Manage Studio team workflow and deliverables efficiently. - Handle sensitive data with utmost confidentiality. - Cultivate good relationships with colleagues and team members. - Stay updated on industry trends, platforms, and daily formats. - Analyze projects critically to identify operational improvement opportunities. - Support workflow, quality assurance, and archiving of final assets. **Key skills required:** - Minimum 7-8 years of Producer/Project Manager experience in advertising agencies, production, or post-production houses. - Proficiency in Production and Post-Production project management, offline and online post-production workflows. - Experience in (preferably large) digital/creative agencies. - Self-sufficiency and a strong grasp of Project Lifecycle. - Ability to set meeting agendas, take comprehensive notes, and track actionable items effectively. - Demonstrated organization, planning skills, and attention to detail. - Preferred additional knowledge in content creation (social media) and interest in cool hunting.,
