Job Summary

The Senior Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating projects within our organization focusing on technical skills such as ENSCRIBE NONSTOP SQL TACL Tandem Cobol and Tandem. With a hybrid work model and day shifts the candidate will ensure seamless project execution and contribute to the companys success in the electronic payments domain.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage project activities to ensure timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
Utilize technical expertise in ENSCRIBE NONSTOP SQL TACL Tandem Cobol and Tandem to support project objectives.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Facilitate communication between team members to promote collaboration and problem-solving.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets making adjustments as necessary.
Conduct project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Support the development and implementation of best practices for project management.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
Drive the successful delivery of projects that enhance the companys offerings in the electronic payments domain.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in project coordination or management.
Demonstrate proficiency in ENSCRIBE NONSTOP SQL TACL Tandem Cobol and Tandem.
Exhibit strong organizational and communication skills.
Have experience in the electronic payments domain which is a plus.
Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Display problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
