Join us in revolutionizing the EV landscape and contributing to a greener future.Role Overview:The Senior Program Manager - Sales at Kazam will play a crucial role in driving strategic sales initiatives. This position involves identifying and leveraging sales opportunities within the existing client base, including upselling, cross-selling, and facilitating new product development. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills, a proactive approach, and a deep understanding of the EV industry.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and enhance client engagement.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with Kazam s solutions.Opportunity Identification: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new product development within existing client accounts.Product Development Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the product development team to create customized solutions that meet client needs.Market Insight: Stay updated on EV industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform and adapt sales strategies.Sales Reporting: Generate detailed reports on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.Cross-functional collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.Identify opportunities: Analyze market data and trends to find areas for improvement Develop strategies: Create and implement plans to increase revenue, customer acquisition, or market share.Monitoring accounts and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Tracking, analyzing, and creating reports based on account activity such as license utilization, product and product feature usage rates, and customer effort score.Qualifications:4-8 years of experience in sales, preferably within the EV industry or related sectors.Proven track record of strategic sales success and achieving sales targets.Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects effectively.Experience in working closely with product development teams is a plus.Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Why Join KazamBe a part of a growing company making a significant impact in the EV industry.Professional growth and development opportunities.A collaborative and innovative work environment that values sustainability.
