Job Description

Job Description - 6 to 8 years of experience in product management or a related field. - Proven experience in conducting user research and applying insights to product development. - Strong analytical background with experience in performance tracking and deriving actionable insights. - Hands-on experience with both frontend and backend product development. - Experience in managing the full product lifecycle, from scoping and defining requirements to executing roadmaps and handling ongoing projects. - Expertise in product research, scoping, defining product requirements, and executing product roadmaps. Responsibilities : - Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals and market needs. - Lead product research, including identifying user needs, market opportunities, and competitive analysis. - Conduct user research to gather insights and feedback to inform product development. - Translate research findings into actionable product features and improvements. - Collaborate with engineering teams to oversee the development of both frontend and backend components. - Define product requirements, scope projects, and prioritize features based on user needs and business objectives. - Manage the entire product lifecycle, including planning, execution, and launch of new products and features. - Monitor and track product performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product delivery. - Communicate product vision, goals, and updates to stakeholders and team members effectively. - Utilize analytical tools to track product performance and user engagement. - Generate insights from performance data to drive continuous improvement and inform future product decisions.
