Senior Product Manager, Data Intelligence Insights

Role Overview: You will be joining the Cloud Platform Engineering team at Motorola Solutions as a Product Manager. Your main responsibility will be to build insights platforms to address critical business questions related to AI impact on productivity, technical operations health, and overall business results. Your role will involve defining metrics, developing dashboards, and utilizing data to drive actionable insights throughout the company. Key Responsibilities: - Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a data-driven approach in Enterprise Productivity, Product Operations & Business Intelligence - Consolidate technical data from various sources to provide clear insights on system availability, cloud spend, and security status - Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Finance teams to create dashboards that show how performance impacts sales pipeline and customer happiness - Advocate for the use of data in important company discussions - Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and development teams to design and refine dashboards - Manage the product backlog and ensure successful project delivery in partnership with the development team - Communicate insights, product roadmap, progress against goals, and value proposition to executives - Establish regular feedback loops with teams for continuous improvement Qualifications Required: Skills & Qualifications: - Ability to simplify complex datasets for executives - Strong communication skills in technical and business contexts - Previous experience in product management, especially in building and launching analytical products or data platforms - Proficiency in data tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms - Data analysis skills with experience in tools like SQL, Power BI, and Tableau - Familiarity with modern tech operations such as SRE, FinOps, or security metrics Good to Have Skills: - Understanding of Cloud Software fundamentals - Knowledge of Data Science - MBA is a plus Basic Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Intelligence, or similar role Additional Details: Motorola Solutions is committed to a people-first and community-focused culture, encouraging every employee to be their authentic self and deliver their best work towards creating a safer world.
