Senior Product Manager- Core Experience

As a Senior Product Manager - Core Experience at Jupiter, you will play a crucial role in leading the evolution of our most critical user surfaces, including the home screen, in-app navigation, and lifecycle journeys. Your focus will be on driving cross-product adoption, habit loops, and engagement to ensure that users not only discover value but also keep coming back for more. Your responsibilities will include owning the home screen and app navigation end-to-end, transforming them into dynamic, personalized hubs that drive activation and adoption across Jupiter's financial products. You will lead the user lifecycle strategy, from onboarding to long-term retention, by identifying key moments and implementing the right nudges, surfaces, and value unlocks. Additionally, you will collaborate with data scientists to develop machine learning-driven recommendation systems that enhance user experience and increase lifetime value. In this role, you will be defining and tracking success metrics such as engagement, activation, retention, and product conversion rates. You will work closely with design, engineering, and other product teams to build modular and scalable flows that cater to various business needs while upholding UX excellence. By fostering a problem-first mindset, you will align cross-functional teams on significant opportunities through data, research, and experimentation, ultimately focusing on driving outcomes rather than just shipping features. To excel in this position, you should ideally have 5-8 years of product management experience, particularly in consumer tech or growth-focused environments. A strong foundation in user journey mapping, funnel conversion analysis, and modular UX thinking is essential. You should be adept at building products that strike a balance between business objectives and user habits, while also demonstrating the ability to lead cross-functional teams, navigate ambiguity, and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in leveraging data, experimentation, and machine learning signals to make informed decisions is crucial. While prior experience in fintech is beneficial, it is not mandatory. What truly matters is your capability to create and scale engaging consumer experiences. Exposure to personal finance, commerce, or subscription-driven products, as well as a background in user psychology, habit loops, or personalization, are considered advantageous.
