As a Senior Product Manager, AI Innovation Applications at Five9, you will be responsible for leading the development of two strategic product areas: Role Overview: You will be at the forefront of AI innovation and customer experience, defining product strategy, translating customer needs into clear requirements, and collaborating with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver solutions that drive measurable business outcomes for customers. Key Responsibilities: - Define, prioritize, and deliver AI-powered features for intelligent customer engagement. - Conduct market analysis to understand competitor offerings and user needs to guide the product roadmap. - Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, prioritizing features in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Build strong relationships with customers to gather feedback and refine products. - Apply a hands-on approach, navigating from strategic vision to detailed execution. - Chart the product lifecycle, ensuring a strategic roadmap from ideation to market launch. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred. - Minimum 5 years of experience in software product management, preferably in enterprise SaaS or consumer applications. - Proven track record of developing and executing large-scale product deliveries with successful launches. - Experience with AI/ML products such as LLMs, analytics, or conversational AI. - Strong analytical mindset to translate data into insights and action. - Experience in managing beta programs, gathering user feedback, and conducting A/B testing. - Excellent collaboration skills to motivate and guide product development teams effectively.
