Senior Product Development

As a Product Manager at MSMEx, you will play a crucial role in driving the product strategy and direction to connect Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) & Start-ups with industry experts for professional advice & mentoring. Your main responsibilities will include conducting market research, understanding user needs and behaviors, and owning the product roadmap, milestones, and KPIs. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, define acceptance criteria, and prepare wireframes for features. Additionally, you will manage sprints, backlog, and UAT to ensure successful product execution from inception to delivery. To excel in this role, you should possess a BE/BTech or MBA with 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of building mobile products. Experience in Agile Product Development Process, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and cross-functional team management are essential for success. As a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit, you should embrace change and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. You will work closely with design, engineering, operations, and marketing teams to set priorities and achieve product and business goals. Additionally, you will define and execute go-to-market plans/strategies, own product tracking & analytics, and leverage tools like JIRA, Slack, Framer, Google Analytics, and more to drive product success.
