Job Description

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)6 month contract (extendable)

About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to design cohesive journeys that span across multiple touchpoints. Youll look beyond individual screens and features, focusing on how users experience the product holistically from start to finish.

What Youll Do

  • Map and analyze user journeys to identify friction and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with researchers to uncover insights into user behavior.
  • Translate findings into seamless, end-to-end design solutions.
  • Present journey-based design strategies to product leaders and stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistency and flow across devices, platforms, and product areas.

What Were Looking For

  • 57 years of product design experience, ideally with exposure to service or journey design.
  • Strong interaction design and storytelling skills.
  • Experience simplifying multi-step workflows into coherent, engaging journeys.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates system-level design thinking.
