Senior Product Designer Design Systems

to lead the evolution and governance of a scalable design framework that supports multiple enterprise products and platforms. This role is about building the foundations that ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across complex applications used by business users worldwide.You will partner with product teams, engineers, and other designers to develop and maintain a robust design system that aligns with business needs while empowering teams to move quickly without sacrificing quality. Your work will directly influence how efficiently features are delivered and how seamlessly users experience our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design, documentation, and evolution of a multi-platform design system for enterprise applications.
• Audit existing components and patterns to identify gaps, redundancies, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure design tokens, components, and guidelines are technically feasible and implemented consistently.
• Establish governance processes for system contributions and usage across teams.
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and scalability within the design system.
• Partner with product designers to ensure patterns are applied consistently and appropriately.
• Create detailed documentation, usage guidelines, and resources to enable self-service adoption by other teams.
  

What You Bring

• 46 years of B2B product design experience, with a strong focus on design systems in enterprise or SaaS environments.
• A portfolio or case studies demonstrating system creation, management, and adoption at scale.
• Expertise in Figma, component libraries, and version control for design assets.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
• Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication abilities to explain design system decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
