About The Role

What Youll Do

• Lead the evolution of our design system, defining patterns, components, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure consistency across products.
• Document standards and provide guidance on best practices.
• Conduct audits to identify gaps in design and implementation.
• Balance flexibility and consistency to empower creativity while ensuring coherence.
  

What Were Looking For

• 35 years of product design experience with exposure to system-level design.
• Strong skills in component libraries, interaction patterns, and documentation.
• Ability to advocate for design consistency while understanding product trade-offs.
• Strong cross-functional communicator who can bridge design and engineering.
• Portfolio demonstrating experience building or scaling design systems.
