Senior Product Designer – Core Product Experiences

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)6 month contract (extendable)

About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer who can shape intuitive, impactful product experiences that serve both users and the business. This role requires someone who can balance craft, strategy, and execution while working closely with product and engineering partners.

What Youll Do

• Own the end-to-end design process for critical product features, from research and exploration to final design delivery.
• Map and refine user journeys to create seamless product flows.
• Translate complex requirements into elegant, usable, and scalable solutions.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate quickly based on real feedback.
• Contribute to our evolving design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency across the product.
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders with clarity and conviction.
  

What Were Looking For

• 35 years of product design experience, with a portfolio showcasing complex, high-impact work.
• Strong interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skills.
• A track record of simplifying complex systems into clear user experiences.
• Comfort working in agile, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
