Senior Process Engineer - Alumina

Role Overview: As a Senior Process Engineer - Alumina with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience. You will be involved in various process engineering activities related to mineral processing, aluminum refining, new energy minerals, graphite processing, balance of plant, and utility engineering. Your role will include tasks such as reviewing and developing basis of design, process design criteria, equipment selection, preparation of BFD, heat and material balance, PFD, equipment list, process description, equipment and instrument process datasheets, control philosophy, P&ID, control narrative, water balance, utility system design, and participation in safety reviews like HAZOP and HAZID. Key Responsibilities: - Review and develop Basis of Design and Process design Criteria - Review Test work and develop Flow Scheme for MMM projects - Conduct Simulation, Equipment selection, and prepare BFD - Prepare and review Heat and Material Balance - Develop and review PFD - Create Equipment List - Review and develop Process Description - Perform Process calculation and Equipment sizing - Conduct Hydraulic calculations and Line sizing including Slurry Line sizing - Develop and review P&ID - Create and review Control Philosophy - Develop all Process Lists - Prepare and review Equipment Process Datasheets - Develop and review Instrument Process Datasheets - Create Control Narrative, Cause & Effect matrix - Review and develop Water Balance and Utility Balance - Review and develop Utility system design Basis, UFD, U&ID - Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, and Safety Review Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related field - Software knowledge: SysCAD, METSIM, AFT Fathom, AFT Arrow, Fluid Flow (Note: Any additional details of the company were not present in the provided job description),
