Senior Principal Consultant-PLSQL/Java

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing quality work products independently to client engagements, implementing Oracle products and technologies to meet customer needs. Your role will involve applying Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. As a part of your responsibilities, you may lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagements, ensuring high-quality, integrated software solutions within the constraints of time and budget. Additionally, you may act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop the skills of team members. Your role will also involve consulting effectively with the management of customer organizations and participating in business development activities. You will be expected to develop and lead detailed solutions for moderately complex projects. Key Responsibilities: - Operate independently to provide quality work products to client engagements - Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that require independent judgment - Implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs - Apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices - Deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements - Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagements - Ensure high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget - Act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop skills of team members - Consult effectively with management of customer organizations - Participate in business development activities - Develop and lead detailed solutions for moderately complex projects Qualifications Required: - Good experience in Oracle DB, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, XML, and J2EE, Microservices, SpringBoot, Ojet - Ability to interact and communicate with client Business / IT Teams independently - Excellent analytical, presentation, and communications skills - Excellent knowledge of banking terminologies, concepts, and processes - Good communication and documentation skills in English - Demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions - Ability to quickly assess customer needs and develop innovative plans to solve complex business workflows - Good team handling skills Please note: The additional details about the company have been omitted from the Job Description.,
