Senior PHP Developer & Team Lead

As a Senior Software Developer (PHP & MySQL) Team Lead with 8+ years of experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role, you will join our expanding team in Lucknow. You should possess a deep understanding of PHP and its frameworks such as Laravel & CodeIgniter, along with a proficient knowledge of MySQL database design and optimization. In this position, you will lead and guide a team of developers to deliver top-notch software solutions. Your responsibilities include architecting, developing, and maintaining scalable PHP-based applications, optimizing MySQL queries for enhanced performance, ensuring code quality through best practices and testing, managing project timelines, delegating tasks, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Moreover, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams consisting of designers, frontend developers, and DevOps specialists. Your role will also involve implementing and upholding security best practices in web applications. To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience, with at least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead. Your expertise should extend to PHP and its frameworks, MySQL, RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, OOP principles, and version control systems like Git. Familiarity with front-end technologies and server management will be advantageous.
