Senior PEGA CJCM Developer

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory Certification: Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
• 6+ years of total IT experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on development using Pega PRPC (v8.x or higher preferred).
• Strong experience in Case Management (CJCM) framework implementation.
• Solid understanding of Declarative rules, Activities, Data Pages, Flows, and UI Rules.
• Experience integrating Pega applications with external systems.
• Knowledge of Pega Deployment Manager, Pega DevOps pipelines, and unit testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  

Good to Have:

• Experience with Pega Decisioning / Customer Service frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and containerized deployments.
• Prior experience working with large-scale enterprise implementations.
