Senior Operations staff (SSM)

As a Delivery and Pickup Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery and pickup of shipments. To excel in this role, you should have a Graduate qualification and possess 3-4 years of experience in a Service Centre background. It is essential that you are between 28 to 32 years of age and have a good understanding of the local geography. Additionally, you must have a two-wheeler and a valid Driving License. High organizational commitment, strong teamwork skills, basic computer knowledge, and excellent communication skills in Local/Hindi/English languages are also required. Your responsibilities will include unloading bags from the vehicle, scanning shipments, primary and secondary sorting, outscanning shipments based on delivery routes, and delivering shipments to the specified addresses. You will be required to obtain acknowledgments from customers through a device, update status codes for undelivered shipments, and ensure that undelivered shipments are handed over to the supervisor promptly. As part of the delivery process, you will need to follow specific procedures, including briefing received through training, handing over COD amounts to the supervisor on the same day, and maintaining a proper dress code while carrying field bags to all delivery points. For pickups, you will be expected to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensure timely pickups according to cut-off timings, verify serviceable locations, count shipments at the customer's place, and document acknowledgments on pickup sheets. You will also be responsible for inscanning shipments at the office, performing primary and secondary sorting, completing the bagging process, loading canvas bags into the vehicle, and ensuring timely connections at designated locations. By executing your duties efficiently and effectively, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the delivery and pickup processes, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining service quality standards.,
