Role overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Infrastructure Network Engineer (L3) to support our 24/7 Operations Center, working from the office. This senior role involves leading complex technical projects, providing advanced (second and third-line) network support, and maintaining Keyloop's global network infrastructure.The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience across Cisco, Meraki, wireless, routing, and security technologies, with a deep understanding of cloud and data center networking, including AWS networking principles.The role will work closely with 24/7 Operations Centre to ensure smooth network operations and may occasionally require working outside regular hours during critical activities or resource outages.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver complex technical projects and network implementations
- Provide second and third-line technical support for network issues and escalations
- Demonstrate deep expertise across Cisco, Meraki, wireless, routing, and security solutions.
- Maintain and upgrade network infrastructure across data centers and offices to enhance resilience.
- Maximize network performance by monitoring, troubleshooting problems, and addressing outages.
- Collaborate with network architects on optimization strategies and schedule planned upgrades.
- Secure network systems and firewall environments by defining and enforcing policies.
- Ensure all incidents and problems are managed within agreed SLAs.
- Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Essential Skillsets
- Cisco CCNA certification (CCNP or higher preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of Cisco solutions and technologies including Wireless, ASA, switches, routers, and ACS.
- Advanced understanding of BGP/MPLS, DMVPN, and IPSEC.
- Proven experience in securing and optimizing enterprise-scale network environments.
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and NetFlow
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to prioritize effectively in a high-demand environment.
- Exposure to ITIL methodology and service-oriented operational processes

- This is a work-from-office role operating in morning or afternoon shifts based on business needs. The role may occasionally require night shift support during critical maintenance activities or due to shift resources unavailability in coordination with the 24/7 Operations Centre. Cab transport will be provided for applicable shifts
