Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Windows desktop applications using C#, VB.NET, Windows Services, WPF, and WCF. Your primary focus will be collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You will implement user-friendly interfaces with WPF and provide rich UI/UX functionality. Additionally, you will develop and consume services using WCF for system integrations and ensure code quality through proper testing and debugging. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Implement user-friendly interfaces with WPF and provide rich UI/UX functionality - Develop and consume services using WCF for system integrations - Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers to support application logic - Ensure code quality through proper testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of issues - Maintain and improve existing applications by adding new features and enhancing performance - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of solutions - Prepare and maintain technical documentation for applications and processes - Coordinate effectively with the onshore team to align requirements, track progress, and ensure seamless delivery of project milestones Qualifications Required: - Strong proficiency in C#, VB.NET, Windows Services for Windows application development - Hands-on experience with WPF for desktop UI development including XAML and MVVM architecture - Experience in WCF to design and implement service-oriented applications - Proficiency in SQL Server (queries, procedures, triggers, performance tuning) - Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and multi-threading Additional Company Details: The work location for this position is in Coimbatore.
