You are a highly experienced and hands-on Senior .NET Developer with over 8 years of expertise in software development. Your primary focus areas include .NET Core, Azure Cloud Services, and Azure DevOps. As a client-facing professional for a US-based client, exceptional communication skills, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile setting are essential for success. Your key responsibilities will revolve around designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining application features using.NET Core 6/8+, C#, REST APIs, T-SQL, and AngularJS/ReactJS. You will be responsible for providing application support, managing API integrations with third-party services, and actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from planning to deployment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver new features, writing clean and efficient code, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring software quality and security standards are also part of your role. Your primary skills and requirements encompass 8+ years of hands-on experience in C#, .NET technologies, and SQL, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to Azure Cloud Services. Proficiency in .NET Core 6/8+, Microservices architecture, Azure DevOps, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is crucial. You should have a strong grasp of REST APIs, Unit Testing, CI/CD pipelines, and expertise in MS SQL Server. Experience with Application Support, third-party API integrations, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and debugging skills are highly valued. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and active participation in daily stand-ups aligned with US EST time zone are expected. In addition to your primary skills, familiarity with Azure Messaging Services, Azure Storage, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, CI/CD with Azure DevOps, monitoring tools like Application Insights, and security practices with Azure Key Vault and SQL Azure are beneficial. Secondary/desirable skills include frontend development with JavaScript, ReactJS, Angular, jQuery, Azure API Management (APIM), and knowledge of Containerization & Orchestration using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Docker.
