Senior MSBI Developer

As a BI Developer, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions using SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI. You will be responsible for building and optimizing SQL queries for large, complex datasets, as well as developing and supporting ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Additionally, you will create reports and interactive dashboards to meet business and regulatory requirements. Your tasks will also include implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and collaborating with business analysts, architects, and project managers to deliver solutions. In case of any technical or data issues, you will troubleshoot and resolve them efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI. - Build and optimize SQL queries for large, complex datasets. - Develop and support ETL processes (data extraction, transformation, and loading). - Create reports and interactive dashboards for business and regulatory needs. - Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. - Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and project managers to deliver solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical/data issues. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in Microsoft BI stack (SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI). - Strong knowledge of SQL query optimization and database performance. - Hands-on experience with ETL design and development. - Exposure to Azure DevOps (CI/CD) and Agile methodology. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. In addition to the above, it would be beneficial if you have knowledge of Python, PySpark, Airflow, or cloud technologies (Kubernetes, microservices) and experience with other BI tools like Tableau, Qlik, or Cognos.,
