Senior Mould Maker (Plastic Injection Moulding)

As a Senior Mould Maker at our company, you will be responsible for various tasks related to plastic injection mould manufacturing. Your expertise in concept design, blue matching, mould trials, component proving, Engineering Change Notices (ECN), and flash corrections will be crucial in ensuring the successful production of high-quality moulds. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience in concept design for plastic injection moulds - Proficiency in blue matching and mould trials - Conducting component proving to ensure accurate mould functionality - Managing Engineering Change Notices (ECN) effectively - Correcting any flash issues in the moulds Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience in general mould making - Minimum 4 years of experience specifically in plastic injection mould making Location: - Chennai - 600044, Tamil Nadu Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including food provision, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
