Job Description

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILL SETS Develop, design, and maintain MongoDB databases with a focus on MongoDB Atlas. Work extensively with the MongoDB aggregation pipeline to create and manage complex data transformations and analyses. Optimize database performance, ensuring high availability and scalability. Collaborate with other developers, data analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective database solutions. Implement and maintain best practices for database development, including security and data integrity. Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues. Document database structures, procedures, and processes for internal use. Stay informed on the latest MongoDB features and industry best practices QUALIFICATIONS 8+ years of experience as a MongoDB Developer with proven experience in MongoDB Atlas. Strong expertise in MongoDB aggregation pipeline. Proficiency in designing and managing NoSQL data models. Solid understanding of database performance tuning and optimization. Experience with database security practices and access control mechanisms. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. SKILLS: Experience with additional NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra, Couchbase). Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for data handling. Knowledge of data visualization tools or BI platforms is a plus. EDUCATION Bachelors degree or masters in computer science, Engineering, Software Engineering or a relevant field.
