Senior Modeling & Simulation Engineer

As a talented software engineer at Radiance Technologies, you will have the opportunity to join a diverse development team working on solutions to support AFRL clients. Your role will involve collaborating with software engineers, data scientists, and analysts to explore and develop high fidelity models that integrate technical intelligence for client missions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and integrate technical intelligence to support client missions - Work with a diverse team to explore and develop solutions - Develop high fidelity models for client missions - Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and analysts Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field - Strong communication and organizational skills - Active TS/SCI clearance - Minimum of 10 years of M&S development experience - Minimum of 10 years of software development experience - Experience with FORTRAN, C++, MATLAB, and other engineering tool frameworks - Development and integration from a MBSE approach - Experience developing software for Linux platforms Desired Qualifications: - Experience with a full technical stack, including backend framework development, network programming, CICD, scientific computing, and regression test development - Experience working with modeling and simulation tools like AFSIM and NGTS - Familiarity with DoD security practices Please note that Radiance Technologies is a 100% employee-owned company offering benefits including full health, dental, vision, and life insurance, a generous 401(k), educational reimbursement, competitive salaries, and an engaging team-driven environment where you can thrive.
