We are currently seeking a talented Sr. Mobile Apps Designer (UI/UX) to join our team. What you'll be doing: Your primary responsibility will involve designing our mobile app, focusing on interaction and user experience enhancement. Tasks will include creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs. Given our startup environment, you may also be involved in general design tasks, such as crafting social media graphics, editing product-related videos, and light marketing or landing page design activities. Engaging in creative endeavors during your spare time to contribute to both the company's brand identity and your personal growth is encouraged. How we'll assess fit: Initial interactions will consist of casual interviews to gauge mutual compatibility. Successful candidates will be invited to participate in a paid 12-week project in Pune, providing an opportunity to collaborate and assess teamwork dynamics. Requirements: - 3-5 years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in Figma, Mobile UI/UX. - Salary range of 4.0 - 5.5 lakh per annum, subject to interview performance.
