Senior ML Engineer (MLOps)

You are looking for a Senior ML Engineer (MLOps) with 3-5 years of experience to join the team in either Kochi or Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for taming data by pulling, cleaning, and shaping structured & unstructured data. You will orchestrate pipelines using tools like Airflow, Step Functions, or ADF. Additionally, you will be involved in shipping models by building, tuning, and deploying them to production on platforms like SageMaker, Azure ML, or Vertex AI. Scaling using Spark or Databricks for heavy lifting and automating processes using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLFlow, Seldon, and Kubeflow will also be a part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with engineers, architects, and business professionals to solve real problems efficiently is key in this role. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 3 years of hands-on MLOps experience with a total of 4-5 years in software development. Proficiency in one hyperscaler platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP), familiarity with Databricks, Spark, Python, SQL, and machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn is essential. Debugging Kubernetes, working with Dockerfiles, and prototyping with open-source tools are skills that are highly valued. A sharp mind, willingness to take action, and a collaborative attitude are qualities that will contribute to your success. Experience with Sagemaker, Azure ML, or Vertex AI in a production environment is a plus. A passion for writing clean code, maintaining clear documentation, and submitting concise pull requests is also appreciated.
