Senior MEP

As an Electrical BIM Modeler, your role involves developing and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models for various electrical systems using Revit. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models for electrical systems such as lighting, power, fire alarm, ELV, etc. - Preparing detailed electrical drawings, layouts, and schedules from the BIM model. - Ensuring adherence to BIM execution plans, project standards, and client requirements. - Collaborating with architects, structural, and MEP teams to resolve design clashes and coordination issues. - Updating models as per design changes and maintaining model integrity throughout project stages. - Performing clash detection and coordinating with other disciplines using Revit. - Supporting BIM Coordinators/Managers in implementing project workflows and quality checks. - Staying updated with BIM standards, software advancements, and best practices. Qualifications required for this position: - Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent qualification. - 3 to 7 years of experience in Electrical BIM Modeling, with a preference for international projects. - Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP). - Understanding of BIM workflows, LOD levels, and project documentation. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment with strong attention to detail. - Good communication and coordination skills.,
