About the Role

We are seeking passionate Senior Mentors to join our Global Think Tank, providing strategic guidance and mentorship for grassroots projects. This is a remote, volunteer role with flexible time commitment, ideal for experienced professionals eager to make a difference

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute strategic insights to program design, innovation, and growth
• Provide virtual mentorship to youth fellows and project teams
• Participate in quarterly think tank roundtables and virtual panels
• Review research, social enterprise models, or impact case studies
• Act as a knowledge partner in shaping training content, workshops, or policy notes
• Offer introductions to networks, academic collaborators, or funding leads (as applicable)

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in education, public policy, social enterprise, international development, or community engagement
• Based in or a citizen of the US, Canada, UK, or North American/European regions
• Demonstrated interest in mentoring, volunteering, or ecosystem building
• Comfortable with virtual collaboration and flexible time contribution
