- 4 to 6 years of experience in mainframe development, with expertise in COBOL, CICS, DB2 and JCL

- Hands-on experience in providing production batch support

- Proven experience in developing and implementing solutions in an agile environment, following best practices and standards

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
