Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and operation of scalable distributed systems for DevRev's AI-native, cloud-native platform. - Architect low-latency, real-time conversational experiences in a multi-tenant environment. - Build and optimize data pipelines (message buses, async patterns) for data-intensive features, analytics, and "Airdrop" data sync. - Drive technical excellence by implementing distributed systems best practices, API-first design, and CI/CD for high deployment velocity. - Mentor engineers and tackle complex scalability, performance, and multi-tenancy challenges for "blazing-fast software". Qualifications Required: - 7-10 years of software engineering experience in large-scale distributed systems. - Proficiency in message buses (preferably Kafka), queues, async processing, and multi-tenant SaaS architectures. - Skills in Go, Java, Python, or Scala. - Knowledge of cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, serverless, and IaC. - Experience with real-time systems. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. - BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
