Senior Mechanical Design Engineers (HVAC/FFPHE)

Job Description: As a Senior Plumbing Design Engineer (FFPHE), you will be responsible for leading the design and development of plumbing and fire protection systems. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with codes and standards while mentoring junior engineers. The scope of your work will cover water supply, drainage, fire protection, and LPG systems. Your expertise in Dubai Building Codes, DEWA, DCD, DM, and other local authority regulations will be crucial in this role. Additionally, proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD will be required for design documentation, technical reports, and coordination with other disciplines. Your leadership and mentoring skills will be essential for managing design deliverables and deadlines. Moreover, your ability to troubleshoot design issues and provide effective solutions, along with strong collaboration skills to coordinate with architects, structural, and MEP teams, will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of plumbing and fire protection systems - Ensure compliance with codes and standards - Mentor junior engineers - Cover water supply, drainage, fire protection, and LPG systems - Utilize expertise in Dubai Building Codes and other local regulations - Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD for design documentation - Manage design deliverables and deadlines - Troubleshoot design issues and provide effective solutions - Coordinate with architects, structural, and MEP teams - Stay updated on latest codes, technologies, and materials Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering - Minimum 7 years of design experience in plumbing/fire protection/LPG design (UAE project experience is mandatory) - Expert knowledge of Dubai Building Codes, DEWA, DCD, DM, and other local authority regulations - Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD - Experience in design documentation, technical reports, and coordination with other disciplines - Leadership and mentoring skills - Ability to troubleshoot design issues and provide effective solutions - Strong collaboration skills to coordinate with architects, structural, and MEP teams - Commitment to staying updated on latest codes, technologies, and materials,
