Responsibilities:

Conduct manual testing to ensure the quality and functionality of Amdocs and Oracle billing solutions.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for various billing systems.
Perform system, integration, regression, and performance testing.
Identify, document, and track defects and issues to resolution.
Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Utilize UNIX and SQL skills to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues.
Participate in design and code reviews to provide insights on testability.
