Job Description

The duties and responsibilities for this position include overseeing the issuance and recovery of employee advances, reviewing and updating SOX policies and procedures as required, managing the Mastech 401-K program, preparing various internal reports as necessary, liaising with outside auditors as needed, and ensuring compliance with all SOX related processes and procedures. In addition, the role involves team supervision experience and a minimum of 14 years of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and preferred qualifications include ADP experience and experience with PeopleSoft/ERP systems.,
