Senior Manager - Plant Operations & Supply Chain Planning

As a dynamic and experienced professional in the FMCG food industry, your role will be focused on leading plant operations and supply chain planning. You will be responsible for end-to-end plant operations, including production management, PPC, utility management, line efficiency, yield optimization, and cross-functional coordination. Your exposure to beverages or dairy will not be considered for this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead plant operations and production to ensure timely and quality delivery of customer orders. - Develop, monitor, and execute production plans aligned with demand forecasts. - Optimize line efficiency, yield, and shift planning across multiple units. - Oversee PPC, plant utilities, maintenance, and housekeeping. - Conduct internal audits and compliance checks in line with company and regulatory standards. - Build, mentor, and manage large teams, focusing on capacity building and performance management. - Independently manage multiple plants and coordinate operations across various departments. - Foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure operational continuity. - Travel across plant locations as required. **Qualifications Required:** - Education: B.E. / B.Tech (any specialization). - Experience: 10-15 years in plant operations (production) within FMCG food manufacturing, handling multiple SKUs and plants. - Strong knowledge of plant operations, PPC, production scheduling, line efficiency, utility management, and ERP systems. - Hands-on experience in inventory management, warehouse coordination, CFA operations, and logistics planning. - Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration. - Proven leadership in managing large teams across multiple plants. **Additional Details:** - Languages: Telugu; proficiency in English and Hindi is essential. **Skills & Competencies:** - Plant Operations & Production Management - Production Planning & PPC - Line Balancing & Shift Planning - Utility & Maintenance Management - Team Building & Leadership - Supply Chain & Demand Planning - Inventory Management & Distribution Planning - Logistics & 3PL Coordination - ERP systems (SAP / S/4HANA or equivalent) and MS Office proficiency - Process Improvement & Cost Optimization You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of plant operations and supply chain planning, driving efficiency, quality, and cost optimization throughout the process.,
