Role Overview: As a Senior Manager of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer and Community Banking- Data Technology, you will play a crucial role in providing technical coaching and leadership to multiple technical teams. Qualification Required: - Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5+ years of applied experience. - Extensive practical experience with Python and AWS cloud services, including EKS, EMR, ECS, and DynamoDB. - Proficiency in DataBricks ML lifecycle development and advanced knowledge in software engineering, AI/ML, MLOps, and data governance. - Demonstrated experience in leading complex projects, system design, testing, and ensuring operational stability. - Expertise in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or a related technical field. - Understanding of large language model approaches like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
