Senior Manager, ICS Regulatory Management

As the Manager, Information Cyber Security Regulation, your role is crucial in ensuring that all Information and Cyber Security (ICS) and Technology Legal, Regulatory and Mandatory (LRM) requirements are understood and mapped to the Policy Framework. Your responsibilities will involve managing the identification, interpretation, and recording of key market regulations impacting the ICS Policy across 60 countries. You will coordinate impact assessments for laws and regulations, plan and adhere to a book of work comprising industry standards and Regulatory Obligations, and conduct regulatory attestations. Additionally, you will innovate solutions to bring efficiency to the ICS regulatory gap analysis and maintenance of mapping to Group ICS Standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the identification, interpretation, and recording of key market regulations impacting the ICS Policy across 60 countries. - Coordinate impact assessments for laws and regulations across first line and second line stakeholders. - Plan and adhere to a book of work comprising industry standards and Regulatory Obligations. - Work with the team to ensure the ICS Framework aligns with the legal and regulatory environment as required. - Incorporate and align key Industry standards to the ICS Policy Framework and promptly assess any changes. - Coordinate large-scale regulatory change with the Central Compliance Regulatory Change Team. - Conduct regulatory attestations and provide high-quality compliance responses on ICS Policy effectiveness. - Periodically maintain assigned ICS Standards based on change requests and coordinate with stakeholders for feedback. - Understand the ICS risk business alignment, risk framework, risk management process, and compliance. - Innovate solutions to bring efficiency to the ICS regulatory gap analysis and maintenance of mapping to Group ICS Standards.
